The plan was for him to walk down to the police HQ for DownPort/Fort Kennedy. His walk was interrupted by two would be “heroes”. After trying to play a live chess game as him being a pawn, the heroes being blockers, and the police HQ being the Queen, he ends up getting his brain rattled. Did the heroes stop the attack or did they bring the police to a new location to die? The bomb is after all ready and armed.
